Who We Are

The Ayrshire Adult ADHD Peer Support Network is a community group for adults living with ADHD. You do not need to have an official diagnosis to join us - many of the people who come to meetings do not have a diagnosis.

We aim to provide a safe space, both online and in person, for sharing experiences and fostering understanding among members.
